Drew is an experienced arborist and founder of Beith Tree Consultancy, based in Galway, Ireland. With a career spanning 25 years, covering three different countries.
Drew has worked within the industry as a practising tree surgeon, team leader, chainsaw Instructor and is now performing in a consultancy role. He has continually updated his skills becoming a technical member of the Aboricultural Association, is an approved Lantra Awards freelance instructor for tree inspection and a recognised Lantra training provider.
In addition to training services, he also offers a range of aboricultural consultancy services through Beith Tree Consultancy. These services include tree condition surveys and inspections, tree risk management plans & preparing tree reports for planning consents.
Beith Tree Consultancy’s mission is to promote and implement sustainable tree management practices that ensure the long-term health, vitality, and resilience of treescapes.
We strive to educate and raise awareness among individuals, communities, and decision-makers about the importance of trees, forests, and sustainable tree management practices, empowering them to make informed choices and take active roles in tackling the climate change crises with environmental and ecological stewardship.
